NASIR HAMEED SIDDIQUI versus ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN
Regular No. 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Terms of Service shows that applicants' positions were temporary for one year and would terminate on one month's notice without giving any reason. Not having any rights as a permanent or certified employee of the corporation, terminating them by the corporation as a trainee officer for one month's notice, was neither illegal nor approved by the corporation. Violating the Service Regulation Order made does not constitute an illegal motion or irregular interference with the High Court constitutional jurisdiction.
