AZIZ-UR-REHMAN versus INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF POLICE, AZAD GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR
On the request of the R16 32 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunals Act, 1975, Section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), the words `` representation, `` appeal and review filed by the Inspector General of Police. Sources cannot be deducted during the period of limitation for the purposes of appeal before the Tribunal, so in section 4, the provisions of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunals Act 1975 only refers to appeal, review and representation. Not to mention the amendment but was sufficiently broad to include a validation petition in the representation period and narrow it down. Could not be limited to the breach which the service tribunal had adopted against the words `appeal and` review, word `representation was not a valid concept and should be freely construed to include a request for review.
