Articles 34 and 38 (7) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 transferred the case to the Labor Court, where the case was originally vacated and no presiding officer was appointed and the matter was transferred to another Labor Court where If the process went ahead, the Presiding Officer was actually appointed. It was moved back at the request of the Labor Court and the employer's case, the post of the Presiding Officer of the Labor Court reopened and the employees moved the request to move the matter to another Labor Court that it was not known when the Presiding Officer. The original was to be applied to the Labor Court under section `34, the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, was moved by the employer to another dispute between the same party and the matter was transferred from the original Labor Court to another Labor Court. In the interest of justice, it is important to take the case pending in the original Labor Court Transferred to Ybor Court so that their case can be dealt with by ordinance
