MUHAMMAD NAZIR versus MUNSHI KHAN
The West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 section 164 is binding by the Board of Revenue to stop the State Coco Order from proceeding to the lower court even though it was sent to the Additional Commissioner and was not acknowledged by it. The pending review was decided before a lower court stop. The proceedings of any case will be effective until that time, regardless of its communication with this court. One of the two orders, by the Board of Revenue, prevents the Additional Commissioner from proceeding with the case, and the other Additional Commissioner decides the amendment, mandating a higher court order. Although the ground must be cleared by a subordinate court order, the matter should be dealt with; however, the cases, however, were remanded for a new merit decision.
