History of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the count of government employees was presented to the Selection Committee which was chaired by the Chairman, Public Service Commission and appointed on an ad hoc basis. By appointing public servants, the selection committee was assured that their services would be regularized after their initial appointment. After finding the right of the High Court and passing the order of speech, no interference was required, the permission for the appeal was denied in the circumstances.
