GHULAM MUJTABA versus SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE
Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 24 Punjab Local Councils (Election) Rules, 1979, RR 72 and 73 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Election Petition Election Tribunal holding the election as a total outlaw. Was ordered. The constitutional petition of the applicants against the holding of the latest election and completely invalidating its selection was dismissed by the High Court, the appeal petition allowed to examine the applicant's argument. It was alleged that any corrupt and illegal act listed in the RR was charged with Local 72 and, 73, Punjab Local Councils (Election Rules 1979) or nothing was proved before the Election Tribunal. To indicate that the disputed votes were cast in favor of the applicant, the trial was not held on any evidence.
