ZARDAD versus THE STATE
The West Pakistan Weapons Ordinance 1965 Section 13E Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was allowed to appeal from the record the evidence from the beginning that the live ammunition recovered from the suspects was a prohibited weapon, such as Kalashnikov. Not even at this stage. It was suspected of its properties, identity, or details, so no expert evidence was needed to establish its prohibited role because the recovered article was able to prove its own identity and to retrieve it. The same two versions have been proved in connection with the case, one by four police-facing officers and the other by the accused, and after examining the evidence on the record by the courts, the court found no illegal or weak results. Evidence of prosecution against police officers preferred Shi continued. The suspects raised their suspicions in the circumstances which led to their arrest and recovery, in which case they could not insist that the members of the public be present to witness the recovery and leave the appeal. Was denied.
