Section 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Ad hoc Appointment of Applicants was made on an ad hoc basis and for a period of six months as a temporary measure or till the Public Service Commission's silicates are available, whichever is earlier. The service of the applicants was regulated under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and it was obliged to terminate without notice, the applicant's service was terminated after six months which he challenged that the service must be terminated. The authority was entrusted to the Government and such power was in force of Article 11 (notwithstanding the provisions). 1) Applicant's Act and Order of Appointment, which shows that his appointment was on a temporary basis and for a period of six months as a temporary measure or as long as the Public Service Commission's silicates were available. And they will be served according to the offer of appointment. May be terminated at any time without notice
