GHULAM HYDER versus MUKHTIARKAR AND AUTHORIZED OFFICER
Appeal for review of Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Sindh Public Property Act 1975, petitioner's competent petition filed for review by Mukhtarkar, under which Mukhtarkar allegedly sought instead of hearing on the property request. Was directed to remove restrictions on public property made from. Referring to the same to be dismissed by himself or the relevant tribunal, the applicant was also sent back to the Assistant Commissioner Mukhyarkar after being notified as the competent officer, the revision request was duly submitted to the applicant. Was filed by and should not have been submitted for presentation. The remand was sought for a decision on the request for review of the Assistant Commissioner's case, which will be considered pending before the MLA in light of the observations made by the court.
