Article 212 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan allowed the scrutiny of the questions of law to be appealed, that is, whether the voters who were tiled with the department from time to time on appeal by the service tribunal were correct. And whether by law, in response to the charge sheet and the confession of the offense in relation to the charges, the Tribunal could have taken advantage of the irregularities in the investigative proceedings and the result of its recovery.
