MUHAMMAD JALAL KHAN versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE
Clause 11 of the West Pakistan Stability Holding Ordinance 1960 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) appeals for stability against the question which the respondent has agreed to the initial scheme of stability. Appeal also had no right to challenge him, the Board of Revenue High Court had properly dealt with the matter after taking its mind on the merits of the matter, the orders of the lower courts were also found as the appeal was not valid.
