On the respondents' appeal, the Labor Appellate Tribunal overturned the Labor Court's order on rehabilitation and directed that the applicant be given LPR and thereafter retire from the facts. ? The record that shows the request for this complaint was filed by the applicant in front of the Labor Court but prayer for restitution was banned and not allowed by the Labor Court of Labor Appellate Tribunal's order. Should have been, it was uncertain that no case was excluded by the applicant for interference with the constitutional jurisdiction.
