MUHAMMAD MUSTAFA versus SYED AZFAR ALI

Seventh XII, R6 Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Right to Receipt In the Decision on Admission, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit for recovery of damages and on the basis of the statement given by the defendant's affirmation. The judgment was pronounced, even if the admission was, that the plaintiff needed to prove his right to recover the amount claimed as damages, and this was the case not to be recorded in the court which was expressly declared by him. There was a mistake and no one should be harmed by any court action or mistake. And after recording orders and evidence passed by the trial court and the lower appellate court, the case was remanded to the trial court after which its application was granted.
