GUL MUHAMMAD versus BUXAL

In Section 10 and 11 of the Land Grant Scheme, paragraph 4 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), the plaintiff contends that the plaintiff had premature possession of the land in which he was claiming ownership of the property in dispute.
