Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Section 15 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Civil Procedure Code (V 1908), O VII, R 11 The plaintiff was automatically excluded due to lack of payment of notice of court fees before the court. The court was upset to find out that the appellate court high court restored the trial case, which claimed that the plaintiff was negligent and compromised in filing a disqualified appeal with a faulty court fee. The appeal was granted in the sixth century to consider the correctness of the High Court decision in view of the Supreme Court's decision. Khan's case was reported as PLD 1984 SC 289
