Article 53 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, the land under the control of the plaintiffs and the defendants in the interest of the plaintiffs, they occupied the land and after their death the possession of the defendants. I was specifically named in the interest of the defendants in the name of the predecessor, claiming to own a 2/3 share of the land in which the defendants were sued by the appellate court. The order was upheld, but the High Court dismissed the decisions of the two courts separately. Appeal allowed to be considered, even if the High Court justified changing the conclusions of the two courts
