Arts (63 (1) (P) and 113) If any question arises whether a particular person has faced any disqualification mentioned in Articles 63 (1) (a) to (P) and 113 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973). If so, the jurisdiction to decide this question shall be through the Speaker or the Chairman of the Senate, the Chief Election Commissioner, whose jurisdiction shall be exclusive in this regard.
