Section 12 (2) and AXXIII, R 3 Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance (XVII of 1979), except for written agreement in addition to Section 22 oral agreement, application for rejection of order obtained by fraud / misrepresentation where acknowledgment. The parties involved did not seek permission from the authority. Under Section 22, the Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance, 1979, before the settlement was made, such application was invalid, economically accepted and was made solely for the protection and abuse of the court process. The application can also be dismissed without the need to formulate a case or record evidence.
