The parties involved did not seek permission from the authority. Under Section 22, the Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance, 1979, before the settlement was made, such application was invalid, economically accepted and was made solely for the protection and abuse of the court process. The application can also be dismissed without the need to formulate a case or record evidence.
