The R2 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), Sections 5, 24, 34, 52 and 44 elected the President of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Examining its relevant provisions and explaining that they themselves would ascertain their true import qualifications / disqualifications contained in the Interim Constitution of 1974 and their actions and any action that violates certain constitutional provisions. The exercise of judicial powers would violate the Constitution High Court. By constitutional clauses, the review will inadvertently declare that no decision has been made to abolish the jurisdiction of the High Court.
