Appealing to the Board of Revenue to investigate the case, and the transfer of applicant shops to the High Court, where the applicant had a constitutional request. The dismissal application for appeal appealed to PITITER in its negligence in processing its claim because it had not filed a request for transfer of the disputed stores until 1984, because in fact the person had a tenant status. Was accepted who acquired the ownership rights. After acquiring ownership rights at the shops, the shops were gifted to his son who managed to evict the applicant. Petitioner's attempt to secure the transfer of the shops was only against him. An eviction order was issued against the deposed rulers, which dismissed the appeal without merit.
