The Code of Conduct, 1908, Section 115 Arbitration Act (X of 1940), Article 39 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition, while the trial court approved the trial court, was open to appeal under section 39 but it was a remedy. It was neither taken advantage of nor any explanation was forthcoming which was accepted by the High Court in its constitutional jurisdiction, accepting the review order of the District Judge's record order.
