ABDUL QAYYUM versus MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN

Section 17 of Pakistan's Constitution (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Cantonment Rent Restrictions Act, was granted leave to appeal so that the affairs of the city could continue. That is, the defendant denied the landlord and tenant relationship saying he was a tenant. The third person, therefore, moved toward it, and he had to prove that the third person was his landlord, nor did the third person enter the witness room, though he was present during the proceedings, nor respond. The respondents took no action to present the third person; the respondent did not claim the title of the property itself, but he insisted that it belonged to a third person, therefore, he was interested in the property of the other person. Cannot defeat the right of the appellant without justifying the title.
