Civil Procedure 1908 Section 151 and AXLI, R19 was ordered to dismiss the appeal of an illegal prosecutor on payment of a month's rent as a liability for the costs of which the appellant's lawyer was admitted. But the defendant's lawyer refused to accept it even with friendly consideration, thus voluntarily waiving his right to receive the same, the respondents turning to the act of their lawyer.
