Clause 4 of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act 1974, Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) of the Appeal Charges filed against the applicants was fully established in the department inquiry and when the applicant was finally dismissed. Earlier, an appeal was heard against the expulsion order. The service tribunal was acquitted by the High Court in a different criminal case and was acquitted by the applicant on the basis of claiming exemption from the charges in the departmental case, resulting in a departmental inquiry into the case itself.
