The Punjab Service Tribunals Act 1974 Section 4 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) granted leave of appeal against the applicants against whom certain charges were given, they were given full opportunity to show cause and they were also reported to inquiry. A copy was provided by an authorized officer. After giving the applicants the full opportunity of a hearing, after hearing the sentence given by the competent authority to the applicants, it was properly maintained by the service tribunal, no case was dismissed for leave of appeal, Request dismissed
