ABDULLAH SHAMIM versus STATE
Examining the evidence under Section 27 (1) (a) (b) and 27 (2) (b) of the Drugs Act 1940 did not prove through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the ingredients in criminal manufacture that the active ingredient / ingredient was methyl salicylate. The used one, which constitutes part of the report of the Secured Pharmaceutical Analyst, did not quantify or even completely determine the ingredients contained in the criminal preparation, so it could not be ascertained that the accused was merely involved in his natural form. Did not use the extract of herbs for his own purposes. The accused was charged with the crime of preparation, he was not proved beyond reasonable doubt the accused was acquitted under the circumstances.
