SHABBIR HUSSAIN versus PROVINCE OF THE PUNJAB
Six months by the District Food Controller Petitioner, promoted to a higher position on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee to the candidate on appeal of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act, 1974. There were, in the special report, negative comments that still stand, to a great extent. Unable to leave appeal for appeal, the case has been dismissed.
