ANSAR BAIG versus SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF INTERIOR
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) to the Sanitary Authority: The service tribunal dismissed the appeal on the ground that no departmental appeal had been filed on time as against the defendants' development order, hence its appeal was barred. It should be postponed that the appeals of the civil servants should be deferred. It showed that the respondents had the right to seek sanity, and from that date, to receive fruitful benefits of mercy and allowance, that their sanity was fixed, while their appeal before the service tribunal was answered by the respondents. The promotion and his right was against the right of pharma promotion since the date on which the defendant's service tribunal was promoted, so it was correct that the appeal of any department was timely. The appeal was not filed, the appeal, before it was banned, there was no merit in the petition, the appeal was denied
