The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) was also denied by the Government Authority by the Government employee of the Government Employee for the change of discipline from one group to another and the service tribunal also. The petitioner's appeal was denied. By denying that there was no violation of any provision of the law, nor was it unfair or harsh judgment the tribunal had adopted the correct view, no case was made for leave to appeal, the leave was denied.
