Income Tax Act 1922 Section 45 A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Extra Tax, Extra Tax Recovery sought to recover from Assisiis for various assessment years, Assessee filed against him in the Constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court. Approved order was challenged. A number of similar petitions were rejected by the High Court which were challenged before the leave of the Supreme Court of Appeal. In these cases, petitions for leave of appeal raised the same questions of law that were raised before the Supreme Court. Went to which was a holiday. Appeal allowed in the circumstances
