Section 17 and 15 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908) of the West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959, Order of Withdrawal of Section 115, Obligation Review Rental Controller is authorized under Section 17 to comply with the order of eviction. Whereas, with the withdrawal order implemented, the rent controller will also be eligible. If any objection to the objection to the proceeding is entertained and the petition is dismissed, a final order in these proceedings has been approved whether an objection is made under section 15 of this ordinance in relation to the application or appeal of the order. Which is a rental approved order. The request for a controller review is not eligible to challenge the validation of orders passed by the tenant controller and appellate authority.
