Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 15 was notified of a change in the default property by the former landlord in writing to the tenant which the tenant had authenticated. The new landlord's lawyer also wrote in writing about the change in ownership that he was a legally constituted lawyer and was authorized to collect the rent and issue his proper receipt to report such. The landlord's lawyer accepted the new landlord tenant, the new landlord paid and rented it, stopped it, could not deny the landlord and tenant relationship under the circumstances.
