NABIDAD versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Sections 190 (3), 193, 194 and 561 of the High Court Applicant's original jurisdiction was unable to obey the law due to the constant threats of police officers who committed the murder. The High Court was approached for confession, the PC High Court, under section 194, could certainly give all the orders which required real justice but against the culprits, they were, in the original case, a criminal jurisdiction. Could not rule out clear provisions, the magistrate's high court had. Do not assume that unless the case is received through the procedure provided by the Complaint Complaint, it is not secure and was excluded under the circumstances.
