Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Section 15 (2) (vii) requires an old retired public servant, Landland, at the age of 70 to personally dismiss a tenant for his personal necessity. Evidence on the record that the occupied houses and portions of the area where he was currently living was not enough to meet his needs, not only the tenant was the owner of the second house, but also the housing in dispute. Was not able to live and only his servants stayed there at night. Proving that he desperately needs a compound in dispute for his occupation and the possession of his family cannot be denied the use of his own premises.
