RAJAN versus JEWAN
Code of Conduct 1908 Sections 24 and 151 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203 Application B requires a transfer from place B to J because the applicant being a hanged woman cannot defend herself on the spot. If she went there to fight the case, she suffered physical harm. And if irreparable harm arises, JJ was directed to move the applicant's position to a non-negotiable suit in the JJ, if he did not appear to contest the election on the respondent's transfer request.
