RIAZ AHMAD versus QAMAR ZAMAN KHAN
Before the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Section 16 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), section 100 Second Appeal existed before the Court of Appeal under which jurisdiction was final and was able to admit / deny evidence, read and discuss. Subsequently, the defendants / shopkeepers were denied evidence by the appellate court seeking evidence that there was no evacuation in the area, which was already vacant and that the trial was overturned. The decision is based on the proper definition of the evidence on record. Since there is no illegal and material misconduct, the second appeal cannot be interfered, especially when no written or proof reading was identified.
