Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Sections 3 (5), 4 and 15 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 amending jurisdiction, the practice of locating the fact that the transaction was sold and disposed of by the appellate court. The loan was not recorded, which is based on evidence. The record cannot be interfered with by the High Court in the use of the review jurisdiction, however, after the recording of the respondents / pre-emptor application, the remand was obtained to dispose of the appeal that it participated in the case.
