Constitution of Pakistan 1973 (With the decision of the Lahore High Court Lahore, Writ Petition No. 711 / R of 1980 380 was adopted in 1972) (a) West Pakistan Border Area Regulation, 1959 [CML / S No. 9] Para 10 Constitution of Pakistan. (1973), Article 185 (3), on the leave of appeal, it was passed whether the High Court had, in its judgment, denied relief to the claimant on the mere suspicion of restoration of the allotment. Verified claims were not authentic when they were on merit. It was held that the Border Area Committee, which had canceled the allotment in the name of claimant, had no jurisdiction over the land.
