And still the appellant was found to have made fake and fake entries in the stock register. Appellant submitted an answer to the charge sheet before the Inquiry Officer but did not rely on any document that denied the allegations leveled against him. The appellant is not subject to any legal defect in the registration of the fraudulent entries in the stock register.
