SAEED AHMAD KHAN versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 426 sentence suspended in three different cases under section 409, PPC, was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment with a fine, but no order in any decision. It was not that the death sentence would be pronounced in different cases. Appeals against the verdict were filed only a few days ago, and the accused applied for a suspension, claiming that there was no crime against him and that the sentence awarded in various cases was shortened. Because of this, there are likely to be no appeals. A few days before the appeal against the conviction was heard, the High Court dismissed requests for suspension of the sentence without touching the pleasures of the case, which it cannot be said. The sentences will end before the appeals are heard. Especially when the death sentence was not ordered in all cases
