There was no evidence on record record of the Pakistan Penal Code Section 304 evidence to show that the bus involved in the accident was being driven by the accused except the statement of a police officer, described in Section 161, CRPC. Was not listed under nor is there any conviction, therefore, based on his sole testimony, the police officer did not even mention the name of the person who provided him the bus registration or any bus passenger who was involved in the accident. All the eyewitnesses were the police officers who allowed such important evidence to melt. Obviously nothing was wrong or corrupt. Apparently all investigative measures were taken by the investigating agency to ensure the success of the accused and material evidence was suppressed the accused was acquitted. ?
