Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Section 21 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), granted the tenant a leave to appeal on failure to submit the rent of the house till the due date, by submitting a medical certificate. He couldn't collect the rent. The High Court accepted the petition for delay in the submission of the rent and the leave of appeal was dismissed by the High Court order in the legitimate exercise of its discretionary jurisdiction.
