BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION versus MUHAMMAD TARIQ
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 (3) was barred from attending any examination till spring 1989 on the basis of certain High Court allegations by the six officials to appeal the educational institution. However, after accepting the constitutional petition and invalidating the authority's orders, the candidate for disqualification for appearing in the M examination has expired, seeking leave to appeal against the High Court order for educational purposes only. I would be and that was not the case. The appropriate petition for leave was dismissed with the observation that the High Court found that the allegations against the candidate were vague and that there was no basis for action against them which could not be supported.
