Because of the violation of disciplinary and code of conduct that were previously granted without the approval of the DIG Police Promotions, the appellant was generally not accepted for which the prior approval of the DIG police. Turns out, it was in the special case category that required the pre-approval of the DIG police to advertise ineligible appeals, and in the circumstances it was rightly canceled.
