Police Rules 1934 R 16 21 (2) The applicant, being foot constable, was suspended, but not only was the authority's suspension order on the transfer of the applicant to the police lines silent but no one thereafter. The decree was not received which stated that after the suspension, the transfer law, unless suspended, the police officer was transferred to the police lines, he would not have to remain in the police lines nor transfer. Under the Order of Authority to dismiss the applicant from the job for non-performing of police lines in the absence of order Authorities will be released. Holds were illegal and cannot be retained
