Employees Lifestyle (Relief) Act 1973 Section 50 Employees \ Cost Life (Relief) Act, 1973 (In 1974), Section 3 (4), Provisions (a) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Payment against the amount payable under section (4) of the Act, can be paid on the basis of award or residence expenses under the award, the employees cannot get double the cost of the residential allowance. But under the Settlement the matter is entitled to difference or the amount of the award paid is less than the amount given under the provisions of the Act.
