MUHAMMAD SARWAR versus KHUDADAD
After examining the evidence in Article 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), the decision of the petition against the evil High Court came to the conclusion that not only motions and recoveries were proved in this case, but also ocular testimony could not be relied upon. Which was not confirmed. The defendant's defense version of any independent evidence was supported in the event of a bodily circumstance when the view taken by the High Court in acquitting the accused was based on valid reasons and refused to allow the same intervention to be appealed for any reason. Was dismissed and the request was non-existent in the circumstances merit was rejected.
