West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section 1 (4) National Bank of Pakistan Ordinance (XIX of 1949), Sections 3 and 5 National Bank of Pakistan (Staff) Service Rules, 1973 Proof of Legal Existence, Existing Bank Was governed by or under the Federal Government, the National Bank of Pakistan Staff Service Rules, which regulate such rules as may be formulated by the Federal Government without the approval of state legislative rules by the Wage Commission or the Central Board of Governors. Rules cannot be equated or validated. And as applicable, the provisions of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance 1968 do not apply to such bank employees.
