Section 498 (5) Penal Code (XLV of 1800), Sections 302, 307, 148 and 149 bail on the reference of the section judge, the High Court's cancellation directed that the Additional Sessions Judge not decide the request for father's bail. The suspects, respondents and co-accused, when it was granted interim bail, and with the consent of the parties, the petition was transferred from the Additional Sessions Judge's Court to the charge of the Sessions Division, with the defendants moving the post-arrest bail plea with a note. To which unanimous bail applications were attached. The accused before the Additional Sessions Judge were postponed and the matter was referred to the High Court for a proper case. The Sessions Judge marked the same request to the Additional Sessions Judge, who issued a notice to the State for which the plea of the accused was already pending. There were hearings.
