Article 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 contempt proceedings of the contempt of court Act 1976 were suspended by the High Court through an interim order. Thus, committing contempt of court records shows that some of the irregularities committed by the department's employee chairman had requested for the employee's suspension, after which the authority suspended him on behalf of the employee. Was not a party to the constitutional petition filed against was not a reference against the employee. After the approval of the interim order was made and the suspension order was approved on the basis of reference which was already pending with the authority. Such suspension order was issued after approval of the order by the Minister. As such, the contempt of court did not matter
